Okay, I dislike in-home workouts… There, I admit it. So, this week I have shifted to doing 4 exercises in any workout session. For me, this has really helped my mindset with the workouts. It helps me focus on intensity and consistency. In these workouts, you will see that I am using a backpack for weight and I ended putting about 10 books in there. This is perfect for moms who don't have any exercise equipment. Just grab your kid's backpack:) Now, how do I pick the 4 exercises for my training? Squat, push, hip hinge, pull. If you are doing those 4, you are getting in 90% of what you need!! Squat variations: Any squats, wall sits, and lunges Push variations: pushups, db presses, and band presses Hinge: Deadlift variations, hip thrust, and glute bridges Pull variations: Band, db, kb rows… Any that pulls.
